Welcome to the Student Support Services/TRiO site!

The Student Support Services (SSS) Program at the University of Arizona (UA) is a federally funded TRiO Program within the office of Academic Success and Achievement. The Program is designed to assist students who are first-generation and/or low-income and/or have a disability to successfully attain their bachelor’s degree. SSS/TRiO provides progressive support services for students from the date they enter the program until graduation. The mission of SSS/TRiO is achieved through peer mentoring, courses in common, workshops, study groups, leadership and career development, graduate/professional school preparation and cultural enrichment.

Student Support Services/TRiO is funded by the U.S. Department of Education,
Division of Special Services, Title IV, Higher Education Act of 1965.
